1. REFUND POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your service or product purchase with us on our Website www.creditgurufinserv.in (hereinafter referred to as “CreditGuru Finserv Pvt. Ltd.”). Please read this policy and the CreditGuru Finserv Pvt. Ltd. terms and conditions carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.
We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from CreditGuru Finserv Pvt. Ltd, however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:
The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from CreditGuru Finserv Pvt. Ltd.
In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on CreditGuru Finserv Pvt. Ltd. Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of change of mind.
Service Terms and Conditions
1) Need to pay Overdue Amount if Pending in any Loan Account & Credit Card.
2) For CMR Case Rank Commitment given as per Current Situation.
3) Need to follow Counseling Strictly given by Our Credit Expert.
4) Need to add a New Tradeline Product for Improvement if Required.
5) Once A Paid Subscription Period Began, No Refund are Given Even if the client cancel.
6) Any Credit Score Range between 700- 750 (Individual Case) at the time of Final work Done Considered as Service Closed in this System.
7) The company will not be Responsible for any other Credit Bureaus Except the Credit Bureau that the Client is Register for paid Service.
8) Company will not liable for Any Loss and Extension of Service Tenure in any Circumstance Where Client is not Responding or
Communicating or Not Attending Calls Coming From Company side
